The home is not present on the 1908 map of Haverford and Lower Merion, but is present on the 1913 atlas. Despite this, the home is absent from the 1920 census.

1930 census: Kuhnles move from 115 Tenby Road and give their home to their children.

In 1954, the home was listed for sale for $25,000, and was purchased the following year by the Kain family. Charles Kain was an engineer, and in 1973, was installed as president of the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers. They sold the home in 2003 for $335,000.
